Easy dinner for you to prepare 

Ingredients
Onion, Salt, Jamaican Curry Powder 🍛, tomato, garlic, lime zest, black pepper,  thyme, ginger, simple organic seasoning that you like for eg, seafood, scallion, Cayon pepper, buttermilk, Zoe olive oil, shrimp 4lb and Jamaican coconut powder or cream.

Step 1: Pour 1/2 cup of olive oil in the pot and leave to heat for 3 - 5 minutes

Step 2: Once the oil is hot place 1 and a half teaspoon of Jamaican curry powder or any curry or turmeric powder you may have handy and stir then leave for 2 - 3 minutes 

Step 3: Add chopped onion, tomatoes, garlic, thyme, ginger, scallion, salt, pepper and other seasonings you prefer such as seafood simple organic and Cayon as well as salt and stir and let the ingredients simmer for 5 - 7 minutes 

Step 4: Add Jamaican coconut milk and 2 teaspoons of buttermilk and stir.

Step 5: Once you have had the sauce thicken to your desired you can then add the shrimp to then stir. Lastly greater some lime zest and cover the pot for 5 minutes. Once five minutes is up you can share the curry shrimp with white or brown rice or noodles.
