Yes we at it again using simple ingredients around us. First thing first you will need 5 cups of Flour 2 tsp Salt (optional) 2 tsp Baking powder 2 cups of Carrot 3 - 4 cups of codfish/sailfish 1/2 cup of hemp seed 1 tsp of Old Bay seasoning  1 tsp of ginger  1 tsp of garlic 1 tsp of paprika  1 cup of onion 1/2 cup of scallion  1 cup of bell peppers  2 1/2 cup of water 4 cups of olive oil or whatever cooking oil you prefer  Step 1: Boil 5 cups of water so you are able to place your 3-4 cups of codfish.  Step 2: Place your codfish under some hot water from the pipe this a trick to remove the majority of the salt. Another way to remove excess salt is soaking the codfish in fresh  water for 45 minutes for three or five times.  You can pinch the codfish and taste to see if you like the amount salt is left on the codfish. Sloppy Burger

You can get these simple ingredients from Amazon, Costco, BJs, or any local supermarket or deli. Ingredients: Bread, bacon, ketchup, mayo, cheese, burger meat, and simple organic chicken seasoning.  Here is the fun part your bead can be gluten-free, Jamaican hard dough bread, whole wheat, or whatever you prefer. The goal is to toast lightly.  Next mix your mayo, ketchup, and simple organic chicken season in a small jar, cup, or anything you like. Once your bread is toast place mayo, ketchup, and simple organic chicken season. Get that pot hot as possible and place bacon in and stir for a minute leave to get crispy.  Once the bacon is crispy to your desire place it on a napkin to drain the excess oil. Now have that chicken burger season with a little black pepper and simple organic chicken seasoning side to side. Once that's done place your burger in that hot pot of bacon oil.   Remember this is a sloppy burger not classic. Turn the burger every 5 minutes once its golden

Fry Chicken Wings

  Let's get to it  Step 1: Marinate your chicken 🐔 by using garlic, black pepper, onion, scallion, paprika, a little honey, Jamaican all purpose seasoning or Simple organic all purpose seasoning, olive oil, pimento seed, carrot, Jamaican coconut oil and sea salt (you can do without salt).  Step 2: Once you leave this overnight to marinate or the next option is to marinade it for 3-4 hours  Step 3: Have a 3 bowls, 2 eggs, flour, cornmeal, garlic powder, paprika, all purpose seasoning, chicken seasoning and organic buttermilk. You only need one teaspoon of each dry seasoning and 1 cup of flour and cornmeal. Step 4: Have one bowl with all dry ingredients mix together. A second bowl, whisk the two eggs. A third bowl, place 1/2 cup of buttermilk.  Step 5: Take all marinate wings and rest on a tray to drip the excess liquid.
